Refund Policy
At TheFamePush, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience
for our users. Below is our refund policy, which outlines the conditions under
which refunds may be issued.
Pay-As-You-Go Service
TheFamePush operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Once an order is placed and payment is manually confirmed via Mobile Money, the transaction is considered final.
Refunds are generally not provided for completed orders, except in specific cases such as technical issues, delivery failures, or errors on our part. Approved refunds will be credited back to your TheFamePush wallet balance, which you can later withdraw (minimum GHS 1).

When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:
1. Order
Cancellation:

If an order is cancelled before it is
processed, a refund may be issued.
o
Once an order is In Progress, we cannot
guarantee cancellation. If cancellation is possible, a refund will be issued
for any undelivered services.
2. Technical or
Delivery Issues:
o
If an order is cancelled by our system due to technical
errors or delivery issues, a refund will be issued for any
undelivered services.
3. Service
Refills:
o
Some services come with a refill/restart policy
if the delivered services drop. If the service cannot be refilled or restarted,
a refund will be issued for any undelivered services.
o
It is your responsibility to review the Service
Description before placing an order to understand the specific refill
policy.
No Refunds for Completed Orders
- If an
order is fully delivered, no refund will be issued.
- TheFamePush
cannot confirm or deny the authenticity or provenance of the products or
services delivered. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with
using these services, including potential account bans or suspensions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Support
Ticket: Go to your account and click the SUPPORT link at the
top of the page.
2. Email: Send your
request to support@thefamepush.com.
Note: Refund requests cannot be processed
via live chat. All requests must be submitted through a Support Ticket or
email.
Important Notes
- Refund
requests must be made within 24 hours of the original
transaction.
- Refunds are processed
within 72 hours or more, though they are typically completed much
faster.
- Refunds
are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
- Refunds
are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
