  • Service Details: We guarantee delivery of the ordered quantity (e.g., 1,000 followers, 10,000 views). However, we do not guarantee that new followers will engage with your content, as engagement depends on your content quality and platform algorithms.
  • Account Quality: We strive to provide accounts with profile pictures and bios, but this is not guaranteed for all accounts.
  • Platform Compliance: You must comply with the Terms of Service of each social media platform. TheFamePush.com is not responsible for account suspensions, content deletions, or other actions taken by social media platforms.
  • Multiple Services: Do not use multiple SMM panels simultaneously for the same account, as this may disrupt delivery and void refunds.

5. Payment Processing

We offer secure payment options through manual Mobile Money (MoMo) deposits and cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments. The Korapay payment gateway is in development and will be available soon.

  • Mobile Money (MoMo):
    • When placing an order, you will receive a Mobile Money number and a unique reference code.
    • Include the reference code with your payment to enable verification.
    • You must submit proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID) within 24 hours of sending funds. Failure to do so may result in a refund to your Mobile Money account, subject to verification.

6. Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction, but payments are generally final. Here’s how our refund policy works:

  • Wallet Credits: Refunds are issued as credits to your TheFamePush.com wallet, which can be used for future orders or withdrawn.
  • Eligibility: Refunds are provided only if an order is non-deliverable due to our error (e.g., technical failure). Orders for private accounts, incorrect URLs, or changed usernames do not qualify for refunds.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: Wallet balances can be withdrawn starting at a minimum equivalent to USD 0.50, processed manually within 3–12 business days after verification.
