8. Refund Policy

Refunds are credited to your wallet balance on TheFamePush. You can use the balance to place new orders or request a withdrawal at any time.

  • Withdrawals are processed manually and may require verification
  • Manual refund processing times vary but usually take 3 to 12 working days or more, depending on the issue

18. Third-Party Services

TheFamePush no longer relies on third-party platforms for order fulfillment or payment processing. All services and transactions are now managed directly by our team to ensure better reliability, faster support, and enhanced security.

19. Payment Processing

TheFamePush no longer uses any third-party payment platforms. All payments are made manually via Mobile Money (MoMo) to clearly provided numbers (e.g., MTN or Vodafone), displayed during the deposit process.

Each payment must include your unique reference code for verification. Once payment is confirmed by our team, your wallet will be credited accordingly.

We are committed to ensuring secure and traceable transactions. If you have any questions or concerns about your payment, you may email, text, or call us directly for immediate assistance.

Note: Always double-check the payment number and reference before sending funds. TheFamePush is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect numbers or without a valid reference.

20. Force Majeure

TheFamePush shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of TheFamePush. TheFamePush may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.

22. Announcements and Ads

TheFamePush may display announcements, advertisements, or promotional materials on the user dashboard or other areas of the Site. These may include, but are not limited to, offers for website development, software sales, or other services. By using the Site, you agree to receive such communications. TheFamePush is not responsible for the content or quality of third-party services advertised on the Site.

23. Merchant Application Terms and Conditions: Merchants must have at least 50 completed orders before applying, with priority given to those receiving high volumes of orders or operating large shops. The minimum withdrawal amount is GHS 50, and payments will be made after the administrator collects and verifies the merchant’s payment details upon approval. The administrator has full discretion to approve, reject, or hold withdrawals for any reason, request additional verification, or suspend merchant privileges if fraudulent activity is detected. Commissions are credited after an order reaches "completed" status and are available for withdrawal based on system calculations. The platform reserves the right to modify commission rates, withdrawal conditions, and merchant approval criteria at any time.

24. No Chargebacks or Payments Disputes: By using the services of www.thefamepush.com, you agree that all payment transactions are final and non-refundable. You expressly agree not to initiate a dispute, chargeback, or reversal request with your bank, payment provider, or financial institution. Any payment-related issues must be resolved directly with www.thefamepush.com through our official support channels.

25. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding a service, you agree to first contact www.thefamepush.com and allow us reasonable time to resolve the issue before taking any further action. We are committed to addressing concerns in a fair and efficient manner.

26. Order Tracking & Verification:.  www.thefamepush.com utilizes a comprehensive tracking system to monitor user orders. This system records:

  • Initial Start Count: The count at the time the order was placed.

  • Desired Count: The target count requested by the user.

  • Current Count: The ongoing progress of the order.

This tracking mechanism ensures that all services are delivered as promised, allowing us to verify order fulfillment and dispute any fraudulent claims.

27. Fraudulent Chargebacks &  Consequences: If a chargeback or dispute is initiated in violation of this agreement, www.thefamepush.com reserves the right to:

  • Permanently suspend or terminate your account.

  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities and payment processors.

  • Take legal action to recover any damages, fees, or costs incurred due to the dispute.
